By using the GreenSomethings.com website or by purchasing any gift items on this website you are bound by the following terms and conditions that are applicable as a contract between you and Gokul Organics (Green Somethings).

Pricing:
All prices are inclusive of local taxes, service and shipping charges.

Products:
There may be instances when plant substitutions are required to ensure best quality. We assure our customers that the product delivered in that case will closely resemble the one featured on our website.

Ordering and Delivery:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate ordering and delivery information. Any changes or corrections may result in additional charges. Customers will be notified of these additional charges prior to delivery.

Refunds and Cancellations:
Cancellations for any purchased item can be made 4 days prior to delivery date. In case of a cancellation, the money amounting to the original price of the item less any online transaction charges incurred will be refunded via courier within 15 days of order placement. No refund will be made for an item that has already been shipped (shipping is usually done between 1 to 4 days before the delivery date).

Flexibility:
You may exchange a product available on the website by cancelling the one purchased before and making a new purchase for the product you wish to finally buy. However, this must be done al least 4 days prior to the delivery date of the original product.

Feedback and Complaints:
We guarantee 7 days freshness of our plant products from the date of delivery. However if you are not satisfied with the health of the plant please let us know by sending us pictures of the product. We will replace or resend the item at the earliest possible.

Exchange Rates:
Our base pricing is in Indian Rupees however you may use a credit card from any other country to pay for products. The prices in US Dollars are provided for indicative purpose only. The actual rate applicable by your bank on the date of processing will be what you will be charged.

The text and images used on the Green Somethings website and promotional literature are protected by copyright and must not be copied in whole or in part without the express permission of Green Somethings.

Privacy:
We collect only limited personal information that is necessary for us to provide efficient and satisfactory service. We collect and store the Name, Address, City, State, Country and Postal code and Phone Number of the sender and receiver of the gift at the time the order for a product is placed on GreenSomethings.com. We don’t store any credit card information of the user. At the time of payment while placing an order, the user is redirected to the third-party website where he/she is required to provide the credit card details. Green Somethings does not have any control of the information on the third-party website and does not take any responsibility for the misuse of the credit card information provided by the user to the third party.

We may further use the information provided to respond to your suggestions, feedback, and disputes if any and enforce Terms and Conditions of Service agreement.
